Fabric Paint Flourescent/Neon

Dala transparent and neon fabric paints are for use on natural or bleached fabrics. These colours are transparent and unsuitable for use on dark or coloured background.

Dala transparent fabric paint has a clear emulsion base, with pigment added to it. Wonderful effects can be created, by layering colours. The layer underneath will affect the colour on top. Great shading effects are easily achieved in this way.
