Dala Fluorescent and Neon Craft Paints are available in 8 opaque colours. All Fluorescent and Neon colours are UV sensitive and will reduce in hue when exposed to light. In order to achieve maximum fluorescent or neon reflection, apply to a white surface. If you have to paint onto a dark background, apply one layer of Dala white Craft Paint before you apply your fluorescent or neon colour.
